Obituary of Patricia "Gail" Mooradian

Patricia “Gail” Mooradian, 78 Passed peacefully with loving husband Arnie and her three boys at her side on April 4, 2017, after a lengthy battle with Pulmonary issues. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Arnold, sons John, David and Michael. Grandchildren Ara, Katie, Talin, Trent, Nicklaus, Carter, Jack and Brooklyn. Loving sisters Marion “Jo” Woodcock and Debra “Deb” Roberts. Predeceased by parents Dick and Edna Roberts. Born December 9, 1938, Gail spent her career with A&P Grocers, but her life’s work and passion was her family; especially cherished her time with her Grandchildren. She loved to cook for family and friends, never turning down an opportunity to provide a meal, no matter the time, day or night. Gail loved to read, trading books with both Deb and Jo in their own family "book club”. She loved her time at Hospice Niagara, Bingo at Brockton with her friends, as well as her card games with the girls were never to be missed! She was known to many and loved by all, a true "Gramma" to those lucky enough to have had her touch their lives! A special thank you to the staff in the CCU Unit at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Visitation will be held at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL,585 Carlton St., on Tuesday April 11th from 2-4pm. A Celebration will follow in the Kristen French Fellowship Hall at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to St. Catharines General Hospital, Pulmonary Function Lab or Hospice Niagara.
