Obituary of Algi Dauginas
Passed peacefully at the St. Catharines Site on April 27, 2017 at the age 75. Devoted father of Shawn (Jennifer) and Tevukas of Alyssa, Damyn and Joshua. Sadly missed by his sister Aldona (Romas) Zubrickas and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Paranas and Domicele and his sister Vita.
Born in 1942 and immigrated to Canada in the mid 40s. He started out at MacKinnon's Industry in 1956 on "The Boy's Line". His career spanned 36 years until retirement from General Motors in 1992. He was known for his love of sports, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Blue Jays and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Family and friends will be welcomed at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., for a Celebration of Algi's Life on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
