I was extremely sorry to hear of the passing of your dear mother and more sorry that I could not attend as pallbearer for her. I was honoured that you would ask me. She was like a second mother to me when I was younger and a very great friend of my late mother. She was a tireless worker for our parish and the church she loved.
We are travelling through Portugal currently but when I heard from my daughter, I found a beautiful 18th century church nearby and offered prayers for her intension. I am thinking of you all as is my wife Vicky.
