ATTERBURY, William “Perry”

It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a great entertainer on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved husband to the late Jean. Dear companion of the late Joan Sadler. Loving father of Sharon (Bruce) Petrovsky and Craig (Beverly) Atterbury. Cherished Grandfather to Ashley, Kayla, Amanda, Heather and Russell and Great Grandfather to Emma, Ryan and Mariah. Singing friends will know him as Bill Barry and Perry. Perry was well known for singing at the Port Dalhousie Legion.  He never went anywhere without his karaoke CD’s in his pocket. He will be missed by many.

Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Monday, July 24, 2017 from 10a.m.-12p.m. A Celebration of Perry’s Life will be held in the funeral home chapel following the visitation at 12p.m. A Burial will follow at Winona “The Fifty” Cemetery, 1465 Highway #8, Winona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
