Obituary of Timone Mario Grech

GRECH – Timone After a short and courageous battle with cancer Tim passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the Welland General Hospital with his loving family by his side.  Beloved husband of 57 years to Kathleen.  Loving father to Deborah (Douglas) Gillespie, Timothy and Yvonne (Mislav) Koren.  Nanu will always be loved and cherished by his grandchildren Kyle (Cassandra), Shane, Andrew and Isabella.  He will be dearly missed by his brother Joe and sister Doris.  Predeceased by his siblings Mary, Pauline, Larry and Charlie.  He will fondly be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends.  

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place.  The family will welcome visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, September 27th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.  A Celebration of Tim’s Life will take place on Thursday, September 28th at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
