Obituary of Brody Dalton Darrel Buck

BUCK, Brody Dalton Darrel, 25, died suddenly on Monday, October 16, 2017.  Brody was born Dec. 11, 1991, in St. Catharines and was a lifelong area resident. He worked as a roofer with various companies over the years.  He took pride in his work and was developing his own company.

Brody was blessed with a great sense of humor, he loved family gatherings and was an exceptional friend who was always there with a listening ear and a warm heart. Brody took pride in being a mentor to his younger brother Jake.  Brody loved his animals and was an avid dog lover especially Chief, Jedi and Titan, Brody was a true outdoorsman.

He is survived by his mother and father, Dee Gouthro and Art Buck, his brother, Jake Buck, all of St. Catharines; maternal grandmother, Mary MacCormick and maternal grandfather, Stephen Gouthro, grandparents, Donnie and Isabelle Gouthro, and Helen Dixon, his Aunt Taylor Gouthro (Billy), his uncles, Jason Gouthro, Brian Gouthro, Jonathan MacCormick (Emily), Tyler MacCormick (Courtney), Richard Buck, Frank Buck, Joshua Buck(LaRosa) as well as many, many cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother Jesse and grandparents, Frank and Connie Buck.

Friends may call at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., On Friday, October 20 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, Oct 21, at the George Darte Funeral Home in the Chapel, Jackie LaBonte will officiate. Burial will be at the Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Following the interment, A Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held at Niagara Regional Native Centre, 382 Airport Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0. In Brody's honour, a Pot Luck luncheon will be served.

Contributions in memory of Brody may be made to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
