Obituary of Helen Mary Siuciak

SIUCIAK, Helen 

Passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Loving sister to Jenny. Cherished aunt to Barbara-Anne and Kelly (Tim). Helen will be missed by her great nieces and nephews. She will be forever missed by her great nieces Lori-anne, Leslie, and Karli, her great nephew Tyler and her great great nephew Nolan. Predeceased by her best friend and loving husband Chester and long time friend and brother in law Merle (Bob). A devoted Catholic, Helen was a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Helen was a head cashier at Loblaws for many years, had a love for travelling to many parts of Canada and a passion for Polish cooking. After retirement, Helen enjoyed spending her time making beautiful ceramics and was an avid reader. Friends and family are welcomed to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 10am-12pm for a visitation, followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate St., St. Catharines at 12:30pm. Burial will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
