Obituary of Daria "Doris" Zulinov (nee Hucajluk)

Zulinov, Daria "Doris"  (nee Hucajluk) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Doris Zulinov on December 31, 2017 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Yaroslaw and parents Walter and Pauline Hucajluk. Loving mother of Janice Taskey (Lu), Vlad (Patricia), Barbara Charlebois (Charles) and Patrick (Barbara).  Cherished Baba of Olanna, Andrea (Rob), Julianne, Alex, Jason, Jessica (Todd), Jenna and Christopher (Laura). Great Baba to James, Levi and Sophia. 
Doris came to Canada from Ukraine with her family at age 5. She grew up in Montreal and later resided in Beamsville, Scarborough and St. Catharines.  Doris was a longtime employee of Eatons at the Pen Centre and an active member of the Ukrainian Catholic Women's League of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church. 

Family and friends are invited to join the family at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Thursday January 4 between 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Panachyda will be said in the funeral home at 7 pm. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday January 5 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church, 14 Rolls Avenue at 10:30 am. A luncheon will take place following the mass and then a burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Family would appreciate donations to be made to  Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 14 Rolls Ave., St. Catharines L2N 1W1 or to the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, 60 Richview Rd., Etobicoke. M9A 5E4 or to the charity of your choice.
