Obituary of Antonio Biancaniello
Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the St. Catharines Hospital at the age of 80. Antonio is now reunited with his beloved wife Angela of 59 years. Cherished father of Raffaela, the late Teresa, and Maria (Antonio) Oresta. Loving Nonno of Gavino, Massimo, and Rosalia. Antonio is predeceased by his parents Raffaele and Francesca.
Survived by his siblings Giuseppina (Antonio) Biancaniello of the United States, the late Michele (Carmela) Biancaniello, Amato (Grazia) Biancaniello of the United States, Pasquale (Giovanna) Biancaniello of the United States and Vincenzo (Maria) Biancaniello.
Brother in law of Carmela (the late Giuseppe) Mongelli of Australia, Giovanna (Carmine) Del Sordo of Italy, Raffaela (the late Raffaele) Delli Gatti of the United States, Maria (the late Vincenzo) Mongelluzzo, Maria (the late Antonio) Mongelluzzo and Angelina (the late Michele) Mongelluzzo of Italy. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will take place on Tuesday at 3pm in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred Church, 272 Vine Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 11a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow.
Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
