Obituary of Eleanor Lough
LOUGH, Eleanor (nee McDonald )- It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Eleanor passed away on April 15, 2018 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband James (2001). Survived by her children Jane Mulligan (Rick) of Sarnia, Malcolm Lough (Kathy) and Maureen Dumont (Tim). Loving Grandma to her 5 grandchildren Andrew (Lisa), Graham (EB), Stephen, Colin and Jeffrey (Breanne). Great-grandma to three beautiful little ones...Addison, Lucas and Mackenzie. Eleanor was an active member of the Port Dalhousie Seniors for many years. She enjoyed doing her art, knitting, making lasagna for the senior lunches and family get-togethers. She will be deeply missed by many who were fortunate enough to know and love her. In accordance with Eleanor's wishes, cremation has taken place. A family celebration of Mom's life will take place at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Visitation will be Thursday, April 19th from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and a celebration of her life will be Friday, April 20th at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
