REID, Christine (nee Skowronski)
July 9, 1938 – September 4, 2018
Passed peacefully in to the arms of her Heavenly Father in her 81st year.
Daughter of the late Marian and Anna of Dzurkow, Poland. Born in Guelph, ON, she grew up in Toronto and later St. Catharines. She worked many years at Shoppers Drug Mart, was actively involved in Church Bible studies and enjoyed singing with the Chapel Singers Choir. She is survived by her daughters Laura (Ron) Lea and Jennifer Brown, proud Babcia to Samuel, Christopher and Renee, her sisters Wanda Paprocki and Stella Crouch, as well as many cherished nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents, her husband Ken Reid, dear sister June Suda.
Family and friends are invited to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines on Sunday September 9, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 6:30-9 p.m. for visitation. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Monday September 10, 2018 in the funeral home ceremony room at 11:30 a.m. with burial to follow at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery.
