PEARCE, Jack

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the age of 89. Loving husband of 69 years to Joyce (nee Saxton). Much loved dad of Robert (Carolyn), Carol (Kirt Voth) and Teresa (Paul) Gillis. Proud Pop to Jessica, Meaghan (David Partridge), Cardine (Brad Thompson) and Great Pop to Sage. Dear brother-in-law to Bill (the late Mary) Saxton.

Jack was a realtor in the Niagara Region for 30 years, serving as Past President of the St. Catharines Real Estate Board. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club and Past President of the Glenridge Lawn Bowling Club. Jack was an avid fisherman, golfer, curler and lawn bowler.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Monday, September 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Jack's life will be held on Tuesday, September 25 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home ceremony room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society.
