WISZNIOWSKI, Jadwiga (Jay)

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Adam (2002). Loving mother of Richard, his wife Diane and Grace Wiszniowski. Dear grandmother of Michael, his wife Sheryl. Great-grandmother of Hudson and Hannah. Predeceased by her sisters Sophie Bednarowski and Eugenia Filopowicz. Jay was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and worked in the Cytology Lab at St. Catharines General Hospital for 17 years. She was a member of the Canadian Polish Society and the Literacy Council of Niagara.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Saturday, September 22 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. A funeral service and a celebration of Jay's life will follow in the funeral home ceremony room at 12 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
