I have only just found out about Mr. Murray's passing. I'm very sorry for your loss. I met Mr. Murray at the Tim Horton's through my father. We shared many coffees and lots of talks over the years - especially about sports. He was a lovely man and very kind, supportive and encouraging, especially when I was expecting, and he always loved to see my son and marvel at his growing up. He is missed. My condolences to you all, and apologies for the lateness of this tribute.

My Uncle Arty will always be remembered by me, his nephew and son of his sister Mona Helen. Growing up visits to his farm was always fun not just because of the adventure of being on the farm but with his sense of humour and that devilish laughter that would pop out and was infectious! He would always stories to tell but the ones that were the most interesting to me was of his time in WW2. I can't imagine what it must have been like for my Granma Murray having 4 sons go off to war and the unknown. But all came back and lived very full lives like my Uncle Arty. Not only did he have a full life but he was a wicked pool player and could lull you into a false sense of security and then wipe the table clean! Thank you for so many memories Uncle Arty. Craig
