NAKONIECZNY, Bogdan “Bodzio”
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Bogdan on Friday, November 2, 2018 in his 62nd year after his great battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Jaroslawa for over 38 years. He leaves behind his sisters Ala (Bogdan) Perizok and Daria (Jan) Kajda, brothers in law, sisters in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren and many other extended family members and friends in Canada, Poland and USA. Predeceased by his parents Maria and Emil, brother Ihor and nephew Pawel Perizok.
Family will receive guests at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. and 6:30-8:30 p.m. with Panachyda being held at 7 p.m. Divine Liturgy will be held at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 14 Rolls Ave., St. Catharines, on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 10 am. Rite of Committal will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Queenston St., St. Catharines. Memorial donations may be made to Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church or to St. Catharines General Hospital (NHS).
