It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Donald, surrounded by his family, on Monday, November 5, 2018 in his 90th year. Beloved husband for 60 years to Lois. Loving Dad to Paul (Lorri), John and Sheila (Wayne) Willett. Cherished Grandpa to Reid. He is survived by his sister Denise. Predeceased by his sisters Lois and Lee. Donald was a proud resident of Port Dalhousie, member of St. Julia’s Choir and served his community as a Pharmacist for over 50 years. Visitation will take place at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers being held at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Star of the Sea Church, 34 Elgin St., St. Catharines, at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018. Cremation will follow Mass and a Family Inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Star of the Sea Church.
