DUNNETT, Ronald Clarke
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ronald on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at the age of 84. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Marlene Anne (nee Collini), daughter Carolyn and granddaughter Laura – The light of his life. He is also survived by his sister Helen Cleal and dear sister-in-law Carolyn Peroceschi. Favourite Uncle of Susan Van Zeist and her children Nicolas and Michael. Predeceased by sister Willa Cress and brothers-in-law Angelo Peroceschi, Sterling MacTavish, Richard Cress and Leo Cleal.
Dad always had a joke to share, a song to sing or a dance to make us smile. He loved a drop of rye from time to time. He was a kind and gentle man and will be dearly missed by his family, friends and neighbours.
A special thank you to the wonderful third floor staff at Chateau Gardens, Niagara on the Lake, where Dad and Mom spent the past 11 months. In accordance to Ronald’s wishes cremation has taken place. Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
