NESBITT, Don

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Lucille Bisaillon. Don will be survived by his children, Don Jr. (Jennifer), Darin (Gerry), Dianne (Michael) Elia, Dana (Dara), Emilie Muto (Robbie), and the late Louis Muto. Loving Papa to Jeffrey, Sarah, Brianna, Aleisha, Riley, Hannah, Emily, Miranda, Peyton, Olivia, Colby Caron, Molly Caron, Carter Caron, Evan Caron, the late Jonathan Johnston, Christopher Johnston, Lucas Johnston and Sarah Johnston. Great-grandfather to Aubrey, Kiya, and Oakley, who was just born on the day Don passed away. Don will also be fondly missed by his sisters-in-law Gloria and Janice, and by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, George and Bertha, and by his four brothers, Steve, Bob, Doug and Brad. Don was a Union Rep at General Motors for 37 years. He enjoyed playing and coaching baseball and hockey, and was a big fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, January 18 from 6-8 p.m. A Celebration of Don's life will be held on Saturday, January 19 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home ceremony room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
