My heart goes out to you Penny. Ron was a great man and always made me feel welcome in your family for the brief time I was a part of it with Jodi.
I was very sad to hear of his passing and wanted to reach out you to you to tell you how much I genuinely and deeply appreciated the kindness both Ron and you showed me whenever I came to visit you in Canada when I first moved to WNY. I always looked foward to seeing him.
Sincerely and with much love,
Ron Baden

My sincere condolences to Tim, John and the rest of the Henry family. I started at Dana in the late 90's when Mr.Henry was just finishing up with his career. Although I never had him as a foreman he left a lasting impression on me. Walking into Dana my very first day not having a clue where I was going a certain gentleman put his arm around my shoulder and asked "you look lost kid...where do you need to be?' with a big smile on his face. The Ford line I replied....I'll walk you down kid, he said...I thought to myself, if everyone is a nice as this guy, this will be a great place to work!!
Thank you for taking the time Ron!! greatly appreciated RIP

I will never ever forget that Thurs. night .Ron was in the process of handing out the pay cheques ,when he got a call to the parts washer for a jammed skid as Ron was on the platform trying free the skid ALL the cheques fell out of his shirt pocket into the boiling water. I was close by and tried to help him fish them out (what was left of them)(nothing)Poor Ron was devastated , I had never seen him loose his cool but he did and was so worried that he was going to get fired . We got the poor guy settled down . and some phone calls were made All worked out well and new cheques were issued by the end of the next day
