Obituary of Anita Marie Whelan

WHELAN, Anita (nee Losier) - Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Sunday, April 28th, 2019 at Hospice Niagara at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Patrick (1998).  Loving mother of Justine (Tim). Step mother of Mary Pat, Daniel, Shaun, Sheila, Megan and Michael. Cherished Nana of Ben, Hannah, Tom, Jackie, Hope, Kristen, Ted and Dan. Great grandmother of Zachary, Isabelle, Sam, Sarah-Elizabeth, Rebecca, Sophie and Grace. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street,  St. Catharines on Friday, May 3rd from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Celebration of Anita's Life will take place on Sunday, May 5th at 1p.m. in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated.
