Obituary of Vincent Secondini

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vincent in his 96th year. He is predeceased by his wife Olga, brother Anthony, sister-in-law Bettina, and sister Teresa. He is the beloved father of Marie (Bruce), Diane (Roger), Sandra (Enzo), Johnny, and dear uncle to Juliana (Allan). He is Nonno to Paul (Robin), Michelle (David), Kevin, and great-grandfather to Noah, Luke, Abigail, and Samuel. He is survived by his sister Lidia, and many relatives in his native Italy. 

Vincent worked at General Motors for 38 years. He also played a significant part in the development and construction of the original St. Alfred Church in St.Catharines. He was a founding member and active contributor of both St.Alfred's and Club Roma, with one of his favourite activities being singing in their choirs. 

The family will receive friends at GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton Street, St.Catharines, on Tuesday May 21, from 7-9 pm, with Vigil prayers at 8 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, May 22 at St.Alfred Roman Catholic Church, 272 Vine Street, St.Catharines, at 11 am. Entombment will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
