Dear Bob and Gillian, We wish to share, and thank you for the many happy memories we hold of Edith and you all. We first meet Edith in the Somerset home in Calver, Christmas 1970, along with our two small children during, our first visit back to England since moving to Canada. Edith was expecting Gillian at the time. That was the beginning of a long and lasting friendship which has lasted over the years, camping trips, visiting you all in St Bruno, Indonesia, and lastly St Catherines; and of course, your trips up to Sudbury to visit us. She is sadly missed by our whole family

Dear Bob and Gillian and the rest of the clan - please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss - I remember with great joy Edith and the girls staying with me and ma whilst they were en route to/from Indonesia and the many shopping trips they took in London. Edith certainly touched everybody she came into contact with - her humour and generosity are well remembered. We will all miss her.
