Although it's been too many years since I saw Sylvia in person -- or you, her family, for that matter -- still I couldn't help but feel a certain sadness upon learning of her death. From my earliest days in priestly ministry, Sylvia and the Bosch family made a lasting impact on me. I found her to be a very kind woman, spiritual to the core, and God-loving. I regret not keeping in touch over the years, but to you, Sylvia's family, I say: be assured of my prayers -- for her eternal peace and for you, her legacy. May she be richly rewarded for her labours on earth. (Fr.) Peter Rowe
p.s., your mother / grandmother / great-grandmother died on the same day (Dec. 10) as my own mother did in 1991.
