Our mother Helen Dubiel only knew Ryszard for a short time while they were at Tabor Manor. She enjoyed seeing her fellow favorite Polish gentlemen in the lunch room and initially helping with his kitchen order as his English was limited when he first got there (as is hers but a little better). She would say what a nice guy he was. She will miss seeing him.
