Having just read of Phyllis’s passing wanted to send our sincere condolences. We lived just a few doors up Belsize Dr. For 14 years (and across from Bert) and spent many happy moments sharing good conversation and the occasional visit to assist with a particular household item (moving an air conditioner fondly comes to mind). It was an honour and a privilege to have known her. Indeed, my late Grandparents who owned our Belsize family home for more than 40 years previous to us were close friends and neighbours and we continued the tradition gratefully. We will remember her intelligence, thoughtfulness and elegance always. The Bowies
