Obituary of Kessy Mary Jaski
JASKI, Kessy Mary (nee Malczyk)
Surrounded by her children, passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Hotel Dieu- Shaver Hospital at the age of 88. Predeceased by the love of her life, the late Jim (2018), married for 67 years, and their beloved eldest son Jay (2007) Cherished mother of Jennifer (David) McPherson, Jonathan (Amanda) Jaski, Janette (Jim) Nottrodt and Julianne (Paul) Rogers. Loving Nana of Jason, Elizabeth, Jessica, Alicia, Stuart, Jordan, Christine, Jenna, Rachel, Jaclyn, Benjamin and Mary Olivia. Nana of 16 great grandchildren. Dear mother-in-law of Liz Cryer and Barbara Charlebois. Mom was also survived by her only sister, Vera Maroney and her family. Mom was a well-respected employee of TD Bank for 30 years. In her retirement, mom volunteered for 25 years at St Vincent de Paul and enjoyed being with her family, reading, knitting, gardening and travel. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all of the numerous support workers who looked after Kessy at her home and the Hotel Dieu-Shaver for of their care and compassion. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME 585 CARLTON ST. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Kessy's life will take place once COVID restrictions allow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Kessy's favourite charities, the St. Vincent de Paul Society (St. Alfred's Church) or the ALS Society of Canada. #ALSFINDACURE
