Obituary of Rachel Aline Wilson

Wilson, Rachel (nee Foisy)

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on Friday, June 25, 2021, at the St. Catharines General Hospital- NHS, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Norman (2008). Loving Mom of Terry Cassibo. Cherished Grandma of Ariel and Emily Cassibo. Dear sister of Collette and Alice. She will be missed by many extended family members and friends. Predeceased by her parents James and Laurence Foisy, her 2 sisters Evelyn and Evette and brother Raymond.

Rachel had a passion for sewing, she made many items for her children and her grandchildren to cherish. She enjoyed gardening, sitting outside in the backyard, reading, walking her fur babies Tasha and Missy but most of all she loved being around her grandchildren.

In accordance with Rachel's wishes a private service will take place with cremation to follow. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
