Obituary of Etoila Ceci

Ceci (nee St. Louis), Étoila (Stella)

Passed away peacefully in her 96th year at home on July 30, 2021 with her daughter, Tina, and son, Parri, by her side.

Stella was proud to be a mother and loved her children's spouses, Chris and Karen, like her own. She was also a devoted and loving Memere to Karleigh, Marisha, Chelsea, Cody, and Cole, and a Grand Memere to Mason.

She joins her predeceased husband, Bassero (Buzz), sisters, Jacqueline, Gertrude, Helene, Georgette, Jeanine, and Yolande and is survived by her sister, Madeleine. Auntie Stella/matante will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States.

A celebration of life will take place in the spring of 2022. A special thanks goes out to the Hospice Care Ottawa for the palliative care they provided during her last year of life. Arrangements are entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines.
