HENRY HERWECK

Passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at the hospital in St. Catharines. Predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara of 52 years, the family takes solace in knowing that Oma and Opa have been reunited. Devoted father of Tom (Karen), Freddy (Lizette) and Irene. Cherished Opa of Sarah (Brad), Laura (Dwayne), Cindy (Philip), Sanne (Jesper), Patrick, Michele (Jim) and Natasha (Rob). Lovingly adored by his six great grandchildren. We hope that the many grieving family members and friends that Henry leaves behind will fondly remember him while rooting for the Toronto Maple Leafs, supporting the local Niagara Ice Dogs and making time for family. We intend to honour his legacy by embracing our German culture in continuing with traditions and customs that Henry was so proud of. In keeping with Henry's wishes, a private family service will take place. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara.
