So sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt June. I hope she’s dancing in heaven with her siblings and my dad and all those loved ones gone before us. Beautiful photos of her life.

Life is a work in progress. It's a gift, a challenge,
an apportunity and sometime a burden.
It is impossible to summarize a life because a person may mean to so many
different things to everyone we meet.
We can only speak of what we know and we want to share a few things about Aunt June.
Aunt June, as many of you know was stongly dedicted to her family,
Her cats, her crosswords, Blue Jays.
And oh yes Hancock's Half Hour.
She was dilligent, Dogged and insightful in her
efforts to sustaining love, tranquility
and basic goodness to all of us.
Aunt June gave us strength in times of trouble,
wisdom in time of uncertainty and sharing in times of happiness even
during her long struggle.
Love is not an easy feeling to put into words, nor is loyalty,
trust or joy...But she was was all of these and more.
Our Awareness of this beautiful trait of Aunt June's was
an immesurable source of strenght and because love is
Something unselfish and involves sacrifice and giving,
we could not all help profit from it.
Aunt June, you will live in our hearts, minds and souls forever
And although out hearts may feel sad, empty and heavy...
May we take comfort in knowing that you will suffer no more
and that we will all meet again.
Aunt June as like a 2nd mother to me.
When I was a little boy she was always there for me.
She even helped me when I was coaching baseball,
store my kids baseball equipment.
For one of Bill's birthday parties, and Aunt June
hosted quite a few, she was in the kitchen cooking
up those tasty spare ribs with Dora. And as usual
she was uh, tippling a little Chardonay. She had a
saying that 'She cooked with wine and sometimes
actually put it in the food too.' Anyway, her and Dora
came out to the back deck to join the revellers, and she
went to sit down for a bit. Little did she know that there
was no chair beneath her to sit on, and as no one noticed
what was about to happen, instead she landed on a small table,
breaking it to bits! But ever the optimist and unhurt,
(the wine may have helped here)
she rose with a smile
(again, the wine may have helped here too),
with the glass of Chardonay in hand, intact!
