I was one of the lucky nurses that got the pleasure of caring for and getting to know Peter. We talked about baseball, faith, and family. He spoke very fondly of you all, and was very proud of his daughters. He loved his updates from family and friends and calls from Australia. We ended up talking about his days as a teacher and actually played ping pong one Sunday after his treatment for the day. He was a determined man, who gave it his all when fighting the battle against cancer. I will always remember him, and I will be keeping him and his family in my prayers. -Nurse Nicole
