Obituary of Lynn Lavalle

Lavalle, Margaret "Lynn"

October 13th, 1951 - October 16th, 2021

Unexpectedly but peacefully at home in Niagara-on-the-lake at the age of 70. Lynn is survived by her spouse of 48 years Clifford O. Andrew. Also survived by her mother Margaret "Marge" Lavalle (nee Grant) and her sisters Janice (Ben) and Lori (Jim) who will all miss her beyond words. Lynn is predeceased by her father Gerald "Gerry" Lavalle in 1976. She is also remembered by many cousins, nieces and nephews and friends from around the world. 

Lynn was an avid traveller and expert skier. She and Clifford lived in many countries including Canada, Australia, England, France, Africa and Antigua. Lynn was also a superb chef and was most happy when entertaining family and friends wherever they were around the world.

Cremation has taken place.

The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Wednesday November 3rd from 12, noon. A Celebration of Lynn's life will follow in the Ceremony Room at 1p.m. If so desired, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Lynn's memory would be appreciated by her family.

In accordance with the Covid-19 regulations, proof of vaccination and ID is required for all guests attending the visitation and funeral. Masks are required upon entry.
