It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Enedina, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Americo (1977). Cherished Mother of Jane (Salvatore) Cocco, the late Serena Spagnol (2021) (Ellard O’Brien), Johnny Mantini (Gloria Parker), Sandra (Ian) Mantini-Blundy, Barbara (Dave) Mantini-Colonico and Ann (Joe) Mantini-Celima and the late Aldo Mantini (1999) (Mary). Cherished Nonna to Michael (Andrea), Adam (Jody), Sandra (Tisha), Stephanie (Mark), Sarahfina (James), Alessandra (Nic), Robert C., Andrew and Robert M. and Great Nonna to Kira, Nathanial, Matthew, Rebecca, Brianna, Judah, Juliette, Grayson, Kinsley and Liliana. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.  

We would like to thank all the staff at Lundy Manor Retirement Residence and the Palliative Care Nurses for all their care, love and compassion.

Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 2-4:30 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. with Vigil Prayers being held at 3 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Alfred Roman Catholic Church, 272 Vine St., St. Catharines on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 11 a.m. Rite of Committal will follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Queenston St., St. Catharines. Wellspring Niagara Cancer Support Centre was established by Enedina’s son, Aldo Mantini.  As a proud member and volunteer, Enedina has requested donations be made to Wellspring Niagara.
