I lived next door to Julie several years ago and recall her friendly, helpful and kind demeanour. She had a lovely smile and beautiful garden I recall fondly. My condolences to her family.
Sincerely Debbie Twomey Brown.

Timmy and Julie lived across the street from my parents. The neighbourhood was very close knit and both Timmy and Julie were an important part of it. Over the years my parents and Timmy and Julie were typical good neighbours and friends. They would exchange vegetables from each other’s gardens, and enjoy their respective flower beds, help with snow shoveling etc .
My father would give Timmy rides into town for various appointments, help with minor house repairs etc. As the years went by and Timmy passed away and my parents were aging, Julie became an important part of their support network.
Julie would check in on my parents every day for many years. I live 3 hours away from Port Dalhousie, so knowing that Julie was always there for my parents was very comforting.
Julie was so compassionate. Her heartfelt friendship and support for my Dad in his last years was so appreciated by our whole family.
Although I haven’t seen Julie for many years, we still exchanged Christmas cards and occasional phone calls. She will be missed by many.
Julie was truly a “class act” and all of the Culp clan will truly miss her. Rest In Peace Julie.

Heartfelt thoughts go out to Julie's family at this difficult time. Julie was the kindest lady. There isn't an animal in Port Dalhousie that did not love Julie. Julie will be deeply missed. My condolences.
