Obituary of Gary Walter Richard Splonick

It is with deep sadness and pain, our family has to announce the passing of our beloved son and brother Gary Walter Richard Splonick on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022. Full of love for his family and friends, he will be missed dearly. Gary is survived by his mother, father and grandmother. Lynda Zimmerman, Gary Splonick Sr. and Lillian Splonick and  beloved fiance Angela and her son Hunter. Also brothers Ryan and wife Fawn and Shane and wife Jessie and their families. All of Gary's beautiful nieces Stella, Jaiden, Sophia, Sawyer, Emma and Kaiah. Gary loved his pets Range and Rover, Stump and Orzil. Gary was a Henley Regatta gold medal winner and a chef by trade.  We will never forget your heart and your love for family.  Until we meet again and as the song sings, never surrender.

The Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 3rd at the George Darte Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines 905-937-4444 from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. A Final Tribute will be held for Gary in the Ceremony Room of the Funeral Home Monday morning, April 4th, at 11a.m. Interment Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation in Gary's memory to CASON or CMHA.
