Obituary of Jack Anker
With his family by his side, Jack passed away beautifully and peacefully on Thursday, April 14, 2022 in his 86th year. Beloved husband to the ‘love of his life’ Aty for over 63 years. Loving father to Karen (Harry) Lowen, and Linda (Dan) Sztanko. Devoted Opa to; Christine (Johnny) Kisic, David (Paige) Lowen, Scott (Jessica Allen) Santry, and Carly (Jordan Cecchini) Santry. Opie to Colton, JJ and Jackson. We know that Jack is in heaven snuggling with great-grandbaby Nalah.
Jack was a Precision Tool Grinder for General Motors, retiring with over 40 years of service. An accomplished accordionist and master baker, Jack loved to have a good party—welcoming everyone. The party continues in heaven.
In keeping with Jack’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date. Because of Jack’s heart for children, donations in lieu of flowers to the Niagara Peninsula Foundation For Children would be appreciated.
