Obituary of Marek Frac

Passed away peacefully on Monday May 16th in the comfort of his bed with his children by his side. Marek was born on June 16, 1959 in Ośno, Poland. Preceaded by wife Mirosława Rogalewska Frac and father Franciszek Frac. Cherished father to Claudia Frac (Stephen Bureau) and Camil Frac (Kim Bosson). Proud Jaja to Madelyn Bureau. Cherished son to Anna Frac. Beloved brother to Krzysztof Frac (Ilona). Uncle to Robert and Bartholemeo Frac. Nephew to Joe and Irene Klepacki. Marek also has many other cousins and loved ones throughout Canada, Poland and abroad.
He was raised in Poland, served for the Polish army, and moved to Canada in 1989 with his wife and daughter. He went to school and became an electrician.
He will forever be remembered by his huge and generous heart. He had an infectious energy that made everyone happy to be around him. He enjoyed making people smile and laugh, and he loved to dance. 

His favourite thing to do was spend time with his children; their favourite memories were playing chess, hearing his life stories, and going for hikes. He could fix anything that was broken and gave the best advice. He will be deeply missed.

The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Thursday, May 26th from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Vigil Prayers at 2pm. Funeral Liturgy for Marek will be celebrated on Friday, May 27th at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, 5 Oblate St. at 11a.m. Interment Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If so desired, donations made in Marek's memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
