Obituary of Vera Collison

COLLISON, Vera - Passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, August 29th, 2012 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Neville for 69 years. Cherished mother of Victor (Dianna) Collison, Barbara (the late James Patrick) Bowles, Janice Wright (Ron), and Annette (Bobby) Sclater. Loving Gran of Hannah, Fleur, Andrew, Adam, Melissa, Emily, Brent, Clare, and Ben. Vera is predeceased by her grandson Jason. Great grandmother of Heron and Arianna. The family wish to extend a sincere thank you to Dr. Buchner for all his exceptional care and compassion.Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, September 6th from 7-9p.m. A Celebration of Vera's Life will take place on Friday, September 7th at 11a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
