Obituary of Patricia Anne Schaubel
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Patricia, aka Pattiannes, Patty, Pat.
Loving wife and best friend of 61 years to William (Bill/Wilbur).
Predeceased by her parents, Matthew and Anne Michalski, her son Jerry, daughter Mary, daughter Judy, brother in law Paul, Sweet Little Aunt Mary, son in law David, grandson David and great grandson Kaden.
Awesome mother to Michael (Edna), Billy, Amy (Dallas) and Becky. Sister to Judy Augustyn.
Grandma will be missed by her grandchildren Michelle, Jennifer, Janet, Patria, Michna, Harris, Robyn, Katy, Allison, Gracie, Megan, Billy, Ryan and Mackenzie, and her great grandchildren Walker, Logan, Avery, Katlyn, Talon, Alexis, Evan, David, Mattie, Kora, Ali and Mason.
Mom lived her life for her family and has always said “My love has always been my family”.
Pat and Bill were foster parents to 80+ children over the years. Pat was the unofficial photographer of absolutely every occasion including for Mighty St. Joe’s Alumni Drum Corps. Pat was an amazing cook and was always in the kitchen and loved having all her family over, especially for the holidays.

In keeping with Pat's wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 19th from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at George Darte Funeral Home.
Funeral will be held on Thursday, October 20th at 11:00am at St. Alfred Church at 272 Vine Street, St. Catharines.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Wellspring Niagara.
