Carol Lee Watson
February 17, 1964 – November 15, 2022
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Carol Lee Watson on Tuesday November 15, 2022.
Carol is survived by her loving mother Theresa Watson Smith and Bruce Smith, and will be missed by her siblings, Cheryl (Mark) Spiers, Chrystal (Dennis) Hooton, Dan (Debbie) Capell, Lisa Watson (Jeff), Tara (Wilbur) Kerslake and Frances Capell.
She will be greatly missed by many Aunts and Uncles.
Carol was a very proud and loving Aunt, Great and Great Great Aunt to 38 nieces and nephews.
Carol is predeceased by both fathers Walter Watson, John Capell, her nephew Dennis Paul Hooton and her loving Gramps and “Mom” Arial.
Carol had a kind, caring, gentle heart that she devoted so selflessly to her family, friends and co-workers.
Carol was a devoted employee of Nova Steel for 8 years and will be missed dearly by her work family.
The Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Sunday, November 20 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A Final Tribute for Carol will be held in the Ceremony Room of the funeral home on Monday morning at 11am. Cremation. If so desired, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Carol's memory would be appreciated by her family.
