Obituary of Jean Iva Fisher
In her 94th year, Jean passed away peacefully on Friday, November 25th, 2022. Jean, the youngest of seven children, was born in Gloucester, ON, on July 18th, 1929, to Gertrude and William Wallace. Jean was the youngest of seven children predeceased by siblings Mabel (Carman) Morris, Charles (Irene), Gordon, Evelyn (Michael) Stackpole, Herman, and Kenneth(Cecilia).
She is reunited with her children, Gerald Fisher and Susan Burrows, in their heavenly home. She is survived by her children, Donald (Patricia) and Cynthia Webb. She was a beloved grandmother to Nathan (Mercedes), Christy (Matthew), Garfield Ryan (Anjelica) and great-grandmother to Colton, Chloe, Xavier, Milana, Weston, and Ulises, as well as many nephews and nieces. Jean was a devoted Christian and an active member of the community. Her family greatly appreciates the compassionate care provided by the staff at Grace Villa, Hamilton. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no visitation, and the family will celebrate Jean's life privately. In place of flowers, a memorial donation can be made to CNIB or a charity of your choice.
