Obituary of Raymond Marie Vallee

Vallee, Raymond - Passed away peacefully with his family beside him, on Wednesday July 18th, 2012 at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital at 81 years of age. Loving father of Robert & and his wife Colleen Sauer. Cherished grandpa of Michelle (fiancee Jason DeJong), Travis, Bobbie-Lynn, Rayanne, Raymond, Michelle Sauer and great grandchildren Lester, Randy, Austin, Tianna and Ethan. Devoted brother of Yvon (Armande), Denis (Christiane Bossey), Therese, Mado (Yvon) Tetoune, Lucie (Roger) Baillargeon and survived by many nieces and nephews. He was known as the 'Mayor of A Dock' at Port Dalhousie Marina. Raymond was a man who loved to socialize with others, dance, go for bike rides, watch the sunset and always had a smile on his face and a bounce in his step! At Raymonds request cremation has taken place. The family invites friends to join them at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. in the Kristen French Fellowship Hall on Saturday from 3-5pm for fellowship and refreshments. Donations may be made to the St. Catharines General Hospital - Walker Cancer Centre in Raymond's memory.
