Obituary of Clifford Kean Herder

HERDER, Clifford ‘Cliff’

Peacefully with his wife by his side, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clifford Herder at the age of 83.

He will be forever loved and missed by his wife of 62 years, Rosemarie, daughters Christina (James Wilson), and Shelley (Tony Haney). Proud Poppa to his grandchildren Dylan, Jaxon, and Katelyn. Cliff will be remembered by his brothers, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, as well as the many friends he made along the way.

In accordance with Cliff’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends and family will be welcomed to a visitation on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. The family ask that those attending bring a memory or favourite story about Cliff, written down and to be collected. For those who would like to participate virtually, please click on the livestream link below. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Warehouse of Hope would be appreciated by Cliff’s family.
