Obituary of Bernadyna Kasowska

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that the family of Bernadyna Kasowska announce her passing on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at the age of 66.

Bernadyna will be forever missed by her husband Andrzej; her children Anna (Brandon) Hardy; Marek (Hilary) Kasowski; and the love of her life, her grandson, Domenic Hardy.

Bernadyna will be remembered for her kindness, and always being the life of the party. She made sure our family and friends were well fed, loved and made to feel welcome. Bernadyna was an active member of the polish community and polish catholic church Our Lady of Perpetual Help; friends and family will miss her dearly.

The family would like to express great thanks to St. Elizabeth Healthcare for the great care they provided to Bernadyna.

“There is something about losing a mother and wife, that is permanent and inexpressible- a wound that will never quite heal.

We are missing you today and always. Rest in peace our beautiful mother.”

The family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 585 Carlton St., on Thursday, May 25, from 6-8pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help 5 Oblate St., on Friday, May 26, at 11 AM.
