Obituary of Frieda Polihronis

POLIHRONIS, Frieda (nee Nicolaides) - Passed away on Sunday, October 28th, 2012 at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Theodore (Ted). Cherished mother of Florence (Steven) Graffi, Jeannie Polihronis and Mary (Dale) Hanlin. Loving grandmother of Justin Tyler Graffi, Ethan Theodore and Wesley David Hanlin. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, November 1st from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Celebration of Frieda's Life will take place on Friday, November 2nd at 11:30a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
