Obituary of Marion Audrey Goodfellow
Passed away peacefully at St. Catharines Hospital on September 15, 2023 at the age of 81. Loving wife of Keith Goodfellow. Cherished mother to Jaan (Sarah) and Karin (John). Loving stepmother to John (Val), Laura (Colin) and Robert (Mary). Proud grandmother of Oscar, Lauren, Milo, Tom (Sue-Jin), Steven, Vickie, Patrick (Julia), Connor (Laura), Ryan (Natalie), Sean (Jessica), Jennifer, Elizabeth (Matt) and Juliana (Alex). Great-grandmother to Wesley and one more on the way. Sister to Dorothy. Sister-in-law to Joan Lewis and predeceased by sister-in-law Janice Goodfellow.
Marion was a spirited, warm and caring person who loved to laugh in the company of her family and friends. She had a passion for life and encouraged her loved ones to live life boldly, pursuing their goals and interests. After a long career in St. Catharines, Marion moved to Crystal Beach, a cherished place for her to live peacefully enjoying the community. Marion cared deeply about her friends and family, and memories of shared moments always brought a smile to her face. She took great joy from being Grandmother to all the grandkids, watching them grow.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines Cremation has taken place and a private funeral service will be held at Niagara Lakeshore. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or charity of your choice.
