Obituary of Paulo DaCosta Cabral
Paul George Cabral passed away peacefully on October 4th, 2023, at the age of 59. Cherished husband of Tina and beloved father of Cody.
Paul is survived by his brother Armando (Patrika), sisters Nellie (Paul) Stacey (Joe), nephews Paul, Eddie, Tony, Carson and Dante; and a large extended family. Paul is predeceased by his father Serafin (2015) and mother Maria (2022).
Paul emigrated with his family to Hamilton from Azores in 1974. He relocated to St. Catharines with his wife in 1992, where he worked for years as a Roofer in the Niagara region. Paul loved sports, especially hockey with his favorite team being the Toronto Maple Leafs. He had an ear for music and loved the outdoors. He was handy and could often be found working on projects around the house.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday October 10. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday October 11 at 11am.
Donations to Start Me Up Niagara or the Salvation Army Booth Centre/Men's Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
