Born in Montreal, Quebec, died peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital January 20, 2024
Predeceased by his parents, George Alvin and Verna Elizabeth Carroll and sister Lynne Graham, survived by brothers Bryan and Thomas (Cory) and sister Wendy Lebreton (Alain). Also survived by sister in law Linda Ruth Dawson and brother in law S. Phillip Wake and his devoted wife of 56 years Barbara Wake Carroll PhD.
Donations in memory of Terrance to the Helena May Wake Bursary – University of Manitoba or the Carroll Family Political Science Scholarship – Brock University would be appreciated by the Family.
