Obituary of Antoine Rosaire Duchesneau
With heavy hearts, the family of Antoine “Tony” Duchesneau announce his passing on Monday, February 12th 2024 in his 58th year and is now reunited with his cherished wife, Lorraine Boucher. Loving proud father of Joshua and step-son John (Michelle) Boucher; grandpa to Cheyenne and Brayden Boucher; Tony will be truly missed by all of his aunts, uncle and cousins. Predeceased by Tony are his parents, Fernand and Denise (nee Pilote) Duchesneau and his granddaughter, Nevaeh.
Tony lived his best life at the Merritville and Humberstone Speedways. The racing community will be short a huge fan! As said by his friend, “his love for racing was almost bigger than the love he shared for his sons, Joshua and Johnny and grandchildren.”
In keeping with Tony’s wishes, funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. The family welcomes family and friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, February 15th 2024 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm with prayers at 8:30pm in the funeral home.
