Dr. Fulton died in the early afternoon of Wednesday, March 20th in the presence of his daughter Alandrea, wife Jan, and doctor and friend Dr. Larry Komer.

Dr. Gerald Allan Fulton
Born November 7th 1937 at 1lb. 7oz, in London, Ontario. Dr. Fulton was a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; Dr. Fulton was seeing patients the day before being admitted to the hospital. Beloved husband and best friend of Jan Otrosina; dear father of Alandrea Fulton; brother to Donald William (Kathy) Fulton; uncle to Gwynne and Alayne; son-in-law to John (the late Myrna) Otrosina and brother-in-law to Alan Otrosina.
The family thanks Dr. Richard Scott for his gentle and caring attendance. Thank you to the nursing staff, physicians and other staff of St. Catharines General Hospital for your concern, kindness, and appreciation of the remarkable man in your care.
